Context: September 18 marked a one-year deadline set by the UN General Assembly (UNGA) for Israel to comply with the World Court and the UN Resolution A/ES-10/L.31– or face consequences. The UN began its 80th session on Sep 8, 2025 and could vote on the Uniting for Peace (UfP) Resolution starting Sept 18 until the end of the month. Action: Send 1 of 3 letters everyday to build the pressure and let the UN know where we, the citizens of the 193 member states stand, and what our demands are. Let’s make sure UN passes the UfP Resolution with solid measures that have real teeth to END the Genocide. The UfP only needs ⅔ favorable votes from those who vote in order to pass. Let’s do our duty and press our governments / UN Reps who have supported Palestine in the past, to hold the line for Palestine.

I am reaching out to bring an urgent and important matter to the attention of the Sec. Rubio and the Under Secretary for Foreign Assistance, Humanitarian Affairs, Jeremy P. Lewin.

Over 70K innocent civilians including 20K children have lost their lives, and those trying to flee are stuck at the Rafah Border due to demand for high dollar bribes and being massacred by the military aided Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF). Israel, with the full support of US, is committing an act of genocide aided by the man-made Famine. Gaza,Genocide is livestreamed and well documented. It is the moral issue of our time and no one can say later that they did not know. Starving children is unacceptable and violates international law. It is a method of ethnic cleansing and directly against the International Court of Justice's ruling. Even the US Citizens continue to be abducted by the IDF/IOF and/or murdered by the illegal settlers.

*** It’s time for the State Dept. Officials to ACT and put a STOP to it. I am asking both officials to: ***

- Immediately impose sanctions on Israel and investigate its attacks on the Global Sumud Flotilla (about 50 boats) on Sep 8 (family vessel) and Sep 9 (the largest vessel) and on Sep 24 (14 Sailboats Attacked by Chemical Devices, “Flashbangs” and Detonation Cords), and do everything in your powers to protect about 550 activists from around the world who are onboard, including 22 US citizens, trying to do what the officials failed to do - deliver life-saving aid to the starving Palestinians.

- Take immediate actions to ensure UN food and water distribution to Gaza.

- Remove ALL Visa restrictions for Palestinians requiring urgent medical treatment not available in the regions occupied by Israel due to Israel having destroyed the hospitals.

- Force Israel to release Mohammed Ibrahim immediately and ensure his safe return to his family. Investigate Israel’s violations of its due-process and child-protection rights.

- Publicly condemn the recent murders of Khamis Ayyad and Sayfollah Musallet by illegal Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank on 11 July 2025 and press for accountability. Seven U.S. citizens have been killed by Israeli forces or settlers since October 2023. Push for international press access into Gaza.

- Press the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate and prosecute those responsible for killing U.S. citizens abroad—including Musallet, Shireen Abu Akleh, Omar Assad, Rachel Corrie, and others.

- Call off the award which signed off on by Mr. Lewin in June, waiving nine mandatory counterterrorism and anti-fraud safeguards to rush $30m to a controversial Gaza aid group despite an assessment in the memorandum that the GHF funding plan failed to meet required “minimum technical or budgetary standards”.

- Redirect the $30 m to UNRWA and call to reinstate permanent funding to UNRWA.

- Call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire and stop all weapons and military funding to Israel in direct or indirect ways.

- Take real actions to stop the genocide Israel is committing in Gaza, West Bank and other Palestinian Cities.

- Protect the millions of civilians who are sheltering in Rafah from being forcibly removed and massacred.

- Do everything possible to STOP bribes at the Rafah crossing where several US Citizens are stuck among thousands of Palestinians.

- Demand that the Trump administration stop shielding Israel from accountability and hold the Israeli government responsible for enabling and escalating settler violence.
